Read it carefully, your hammer head will be graded according to this pint.
- Cut workpiece 3.1 long
- Face one side, take only about .025 off
- Face other side to 3.0 long
- Turn radius on both ends
- Mill 3 flats
- Drill “U” .800 deep
- Tap 7/16-14 UNC 2B
- Write you name on the hammer head flat
- Assemble hammer and turn in
Material requirement: 3.2″ per student, need 9′ for a class of 32.
