Create a 3D model of a frame member for use in this project. The frame member for this application will always be .22 thick.  The distance between the holes will be the most important dimension of this component.  Create an expression called HOLEDIST and use it to drive the distance from hole center to hole center.  The distance from the ends of the member will always be 1.00. This is a manufacturing constraint and will not change.
