Reverse engineer the inner and outer profiles of the gasket you selected.
Measure your gasket with the optical comparator.
Do a CAD drawing of your gasket.
Write TWO separate programs. One that cuts the inside and one that cuts the outside. You will not be told the diameter of the tool until the machining lab begins.
Use the header from the maze program.
Z zero is the cutting depth.
OMIT the small diameter holes.
